What’s the difference between carrier oils and essential oils?

Carrier oils (e.g. sweet almond, grapeseed) are base oils used to dilute essential oils before application. Essential oils are highly concentrated extracts used for aromatherapy and therapeutic effects. Never apply essential oils directly without dilution.

Do you sell pre-blended massage oils?

Yes. Our pre-blended massage oils combine carrier oils with essential oils for specific benefits — such as relaxation, muscle relief, or energising effects. They're ready to use straight from the bottle.

Do you offer next day delivery on massage products?

Yes. Orders over £65 + VAT qualify for Free Next Day DPD Delivery across Mainland UK. Simply order before 1pm, Monday to Friday, for same-day dispatch on in-stock items.

Can I return massage products if they’re not right for my salon?

Unopened massage products can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging. For returns, email info@salonserve.com. Opened or used items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
