How SalonServe Entered the World of Beauty Wholesale

Here’s a little bit about why we do what we do.

My interest in beauty wholesale started in my early childhood when I played shopkeeper with my sister, selling my hand-knitted vegetables to her dolls. The joy of creating something that someone wanted to buy and igniting that desire stayed with me throughout the years.

At 13, I purchased my first aromatherapy kit and fell in love with the powerful aromas. I used my savings to experiment with blending and creating unique scents, gifting my creations to my loved ones as “miracle cures”. By 19, I had started my own business selling pre-owned designer clothing, indulging my passion for fashion and aesthetics.

At 21 when I took over Zahra, a respected sugaring brand from the 80s, my entrepreneurial journey truly took off. I am proud to continue selling Zahra’s Sugar Paste and supporting its amazing products. Sugaring is a natural way to remove hair and provide your skin with light exfoliation, getting rid of dead skin cells to smooth skin naturally. Along the way, I began formulating my own beauty products based on the nourishing qualities of sugar inspired by my work.

And so, Salonserve was born. Today, we have over 1,000 own-branded beauty products manufactured to my formulations and salon furniture and equipment under the SalonServe brand. Our online shop now stocks over 3,500 products, a testament to the growth of the company and my unwavering passion for entrepreneurship.

We also encourage you to reuse pumps where you can. We give you the option to purchase a pump separately from the bottle on certain products like pre-blended massage oils and larger refill bottles. We have a range of bamboo make-up applicators, hair brushes and combs and more as we continue to expand our environmentally friendly product range. Our delivery boxes, paper rolls and couch rolls are made from recyclable materials and can be recycled, too — small changes make a big difference.
