Delivery
When you purchase £65 worth of products (plus VAT) — excluding furniture and drop ship items — you are eligible for free delivery. Orders that are placed and paid for before 1 PM Monday through Friday are usually dispatched the same day, with delivery the following day (except for bank holidays). Furniture and drop-ship items are not included in this offer.
Please give us an additional couple of working days for transactions placed during the weekend or following a bank holiday. Delivery times may vary during periods that have a high activity. We make every effort to deliver your order to you as quickly as we can, but if you have a specific request, please let us know, and we will try our best to accommodate it.
Returns
We pride ourselves in fantastic products and great customer service, but if you are not completely satisfied, you have 15 days to return your products — with no questions asked.
Simply email info@salonserve.com within 15 days of receiving your order to ask for a “sales return number”. Kindly ensure that the item and packaging are in resalable condition, and write your sales return number on the front of the package. A 25% restocking fee is applied for returns of furniture and equipment.
We will refund or credit your account when the products arrive at our warehouse.
