Yes. Hot stones should be heated in a professional stone heater to maintain safe and consistent temperatures. Never use a microwave or stovetop, as this can damage the stones and cause uneven heating.

Can I buy a complete hot stone massage set?

Absolutely. We offer complete sets that include multiple stone sizes in a carry case — ideal for mobile therapists or new spa setups. Individual stones are also available for replacements or custom sets.

Are your stones easy to clean and maintain?

Yes. After each use, stones should be wiped clean and sanitised using appropriate products. Smooth basalt stones are non-porous, making them hygienic and easy to maintain between clients.

Do you offer fast delivery on hot stones?

Yes. Orders over £65 + VAT qualify for Free Next Day DPD Delivery (Mainland UK). Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same working day.

Can I return hot stones if they’re not suitable?

Yes. You may return unused hot stones in their original packaging within 15 days. Email info@salonserve.com to request a return. Please note a 25% restocking fee may apply for tools and equipment.
