This Hydrogen peroxide in a liquid form is used for oxidation in permanent hair dyes. 5% Combinal Hydrogen Peroxide (= 5% stabilised hydrogen peroxide) is a liquid developer to activate Combinal dyes and impart a permanent colour.
When blended with Combinal dye a perfect consistency develops for a safe and easy colour process.
