You qualify for free delivery when you spend £65 (plus VAT) at SalonServe — excluding furniture and drop-ship items. Orders that are placed and paid for before 1 PM on Monday to Friday, except bank holidays, usually are shipped out that day and delivered the following day. Furniture and drop-ship products are not covered and will be subject to delivery charges.
Please give us a further two working days for orders that are completed on the weekend or following a bank holiday. Delivery schedules are subject to change during periods of intense activity. Although we try our best to deliver your order as soon as possible, if you have a time-sensitive requirement, please let us know, and we will do everything we can to comply.
We pride ourselves on stocking top-quality items with fantastic customer service, but if you aren’t entirely delighted with your purchases for any reason, you have 15 days to return them with no questions or queries to answer.
Simply submit an email to info@salonserve.com within 15 days of receiving your goods to get a sales return number. Make sure to pack the product securely for return, and write your sales return number on the outside of the package.
We will reimburse you or credit your account when the returned goods reach our warehouse. Returns of furniture and equipment are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
