Delivery and Returns
Delivery
You qualify for FREE delivery when you spend £65 (including VAT), excluding furniture and drop-ship products. With the exception of bank holidays, orders that are submitted and paid for before 1 pm on Monday through Friday are typically shipped out the same day and delivered the following day. (Drop ship products and furniture are not included.)
For transactions made over the weekend or after a bank holiday, kindly allow us an extra two working days. During times of high activity, delivery timeframes may change. We make every effort to deliver your order to you as quickly as we can, but if you have a pressing request, please let us know, and we will try our best to accommodate it.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied — although we have no doubt that you will be — you have 15 days to return your purchases, no questions asked.
Requesting a sales return number is as easy as sending an email to info@salonserve.com within 15 days of receiving your item. Take care to return the product and packaging in the same condition they arrived, and note your sales return number on the exterior of the package.
When the goods arrive at our warehouse, we will reimburse or credit your account (a 25% restocking fee is imposed for returns of furniture and equipment).
