Product FAQs

  • How often should I patch test?

Before the first tint treatment, a client should be patch tested at least 48 hours in advance. After that, if they are having a regular tinting treatment every few weeks they will not need a new patch test between each appointment. If the client is quite sporadic and often misses a few weeks between treatments, then we would advise a fresh patch test before each appointment. Upon re-opening after lockdown we would advise a fresh patch test for everyone as it will have been a few months since the last treatment lifestyle/medication/hormones can affect the skin and even if the client was a regular user they could have developed an allergy.
