Delivery
What shipping options do you offer?
Orders with available stock – received and paid for Monday to Friday before 1pm will be dispatched on that day for delivery the next working day excluding bank holidays. (Mainland UK. Excludes furniture and drop ship items)
Orders received over a weekend, or after a bank holiday, please allow a couple of extra working days for delivery. e.g. Ordered on Saturday or Sunday, delivery will be Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday.
At times of high volume, our delivery times may also increase. We do everything we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, if you have an urgent request please do let us know, we will try and accommodate you.
How much does shipping cost?
You will get FREE delivery when you spend £65 plus vat (£78 inc) (Mainland UK. Excludes furniture and drop ship items).
Shipping for furniture and dropship items is charged at cost and is dependent on how near or far you are from our warehouse in Northamptonshire. The cost will be calculated at the checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping to many countries. During the checkout process, customers can select their country, and shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided accordingly.

Returns
What is your return policy?
If you’re not 100% happy (we’re pretty sure you will be) you can return your items within 15 days
YES, that’s right 15 days! – with no questions asked and no hard feelings either!
Please make sure the item and packaging are in a perfect resalable condition and in the original packaging.. (How you would expect to receive your items!)
IMPORTANT: A return cannot be made without the original packaging. Disposal of the packaging is acceptance of the goods. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PACKAGING.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply head to your account to submit a return request. You must return your item within 15 days of accepting your delivery.

Please wrap your item as securely as possible so that everything is tickety-boo when it arrives back at our warehouse.
Remember to write your Sales Return Number on the outside of your parcel. This will help us to speed up your refund.
Furniture and equipment returns will encounter a 25% restocking fee.

In most cases, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
