What is your returns policy for electrical equipment?
If you’re not happy, you can return any of our electrical equipment for a full refund within 15 days (subject to a 25% restocking fee). Learn more about our returns policy here.
Which shipping company do you use?
You can arrange to pick up your order from us, or regular parcels will be shipped with DPD.
Is delivery available the following day?
Orders of in-stock products that are processed and purchased by 1 pm Monday through Friday will be shipped that same afternoon for delivery the next day (with the exception of bank holidays); drop-ship items and furniture are not included in this. You can claim free next-day DPD delivery for the UK (mainland) when you order £50 or more (+VAT).
On rare occasions, delivery may take longer than two days; however, we will always notify you if this proves to be the situation.
