8. Can I return items purchased through bulk deals?

Yes. Unopened bulk items in their original packaging can be returned within 15 days. For hygiene reasons, opened or used items are non-returnable. Email info@salonserve.com to request a return authorisation.

9. Do you offer trade pricing for salons and resellers?

Yes. In addition to bulk pricing, we work with salons, wholesalers, and training academies to provide trade rates on large or recurring orders. Contact our team directly for customised quotes.

10. Do bulk orders qualify for free next day delivery?

Yes. Orders over £65 + VAT qualify for Free Next Day DPD Delivery across Mainland UK (excludes large furniture and drop-ship items). Place your order before 1pm, Monday–Friday, for same-day dispatch.

Delivery and Returns 

Delivery: Free delivery is available on beauty items wholesale orders above £65 ( + VAT), excluding drop-shipped goods and furniture. Orders placed and paid for by 1 PM, Monday through Friday, usually go out that same day and arrive the next (excluding bank holidays). Furniture and drop-ship products do not qualify.

Please allow a few extra working days if your order requires processing over the weekend or after a bank holiday. During times of high demand, delivery schedules may alter. While we will make every attempt to complete your order as soon as possible, if you have any particular requirements, please let us know, and we will try our best to accommodate them.
