2. Can I have my logo on the products?
Yes! We will print and apply your personalised own brand labels directly to our existing product range.
PLEASE NOTE: Own-brand orders may take up to 28 days to produce and can not be returned for a refund.
You need to upload a high-resolution logo image at a minimum of 300 dpi. A low-resolution logo image will affect printing quality.

3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ starts at 25 units per product for labelled items.
4. Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, our entire range is cruelty-free and the majority of products are also vegan-friendly.
5. How do I order private-label products?
Step 1. Choose Products. Select from our extensive range of personalisation-eligible products (minimum 25 units).
Step 2. Upload Your Logo. Provide a high-resolution logo image (minimum 300 dpi) during checkout.
Step 3. One-Time Setup. Pay a small one-off contribution of £35 per product type.
Step 4. Production. We create your custom-branded products (please allow up to 28 days for delivery).
Step 5. Delivery. Receive your branded products, ready for retail at your salon.

6. Who is responsible for holding product information files for private label products?
We securely hold and maintain all product information files on your behalf as part of our private label service. For compliance purposes, our abbreviated company name (e.g. SH&B) will appear on the back of the product label.
7. Can I sell these products online or in retail stores?
Yes. Once branded under your label, you can sell them in salons and spas without mentioning our name. You own the retail presentation of your brand.
8. How long does it take to receive my branded products?
Once your design is approved, production and labelling may take up to 28 days to produce and can not be returned for a refund.
9. Are these products professional salon quality?
Absolutely. All our products are developed by SalonServe, trusted by beauty professionals across the UK. They’re formulated for salon performance and made in GMP-certified UK facilities to meet industry standards.

11. How much does it cost?
There is a small one-off contribution of £35 per product type. This one-time fee covers all artwork for your label as well as submitting your products onto the UK cosmetics portal.
