Our Rewards & Loyalty Programme is simple, straightforward, and designed to help you save more as you shop. You earn points with every order and once you reach 1000 points you can redeem them for a £100 discount voucher to spend with us on over 1000 SalonServe products – fabulous!
Here’s How It Works:
- Shop & Earn
Free Automatic Opt-In: Start earning points instantly!
1 Point for Every £1: Earn a point for every pound you spend online with us.
- Redeem & Save
1,000 Points = £100 Voucher: Once you’ve racked up 1,000 points, you can redeem them for a £100 voucher to use against a future order of £100 or more. The £100 voucher can be used on products within the “Redeemable” collection on the website, giving you over 1400 products from which to choose.
- Quick & Easy
Simple Redemption: Once redeemed, you’ve got 180 days to use your £100 voucher.
Straightforward Limits: Your voucher must be used in one transaction so we would recommend using it on an order of £100 or more to get the most out of it. Use it on an order over £165 net VAT and you get it shipped to you on us! Use it within 180 days of redeeming it.
- Keep an Eye on the Clock
Rewarding Loyalty: Points last forever, as long as you make a purchase from us at least every six months. If no order is placed within a six month window, all unredeemed points will expire.
A couple of things to keep in mind...
Vouchers cannot be used with any other discount codes. Points can be earned through online orders only, and vouchers can be redeemed through online orders only. Points are attributed to the email connected to the account. Six month inactivity for an account starts from date of last online order or 07/04/26 whichever is the later. Your £100 voucher can be used on products from the 'redeemable' collection only. SalonServe reserve the right to change, suspend or withdraw the Rewards & Loyalty Programme at any time.
