8. Can I get next day delivery on salon essentials?

Yes. Orders over £65 + VAT qualify for Free Next Day DPD Delivery (Mainland UK only, excludes large furniture). Place your order before 1pm Monday–Friday and we’ll dispatch it the same day.

9. What’s your returns policy if I order the wrong item in bulk?

We offer a 15-day no-quibble return policy. If you’ve ordered something in error or it’s not right for your salon, email info@salonserve.com within 15 days. Items must be unused and in resaleable condition with the original packaging.
