1. What types of massage products do you offer?

2. Are your massage oils suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Many of our massage oils are made with natural, skin-friendly ingredients and are suitable for sensitive or allergy-prone skin. Look out for unscented carrier oils and hypoallergenic blends in our range.

3. What’s the difference between carrier oils and essential oils?

Carrier oils (e.g. sweet almond, grapeseed) are base oils used to dilute essential oils before application. Essential oils are highly concentrated extracts used for aromatherapy and therapeutic effects. Never apply essential oils directly without dilution.

4. Do you sell pre-blended massage oils?

Yes. Our pre-blended massage oils combine carrier oils with essential oils for specific benefits — such as relaxation, muscle relief, or energising effects. They’re ready to use straight from the bottle.

5. Are your massage products suitable for all treatment types?

Absolutely. Our oils and creams are ideal for Swedish massage, deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone massage, and more. We also offer options designed specifically for pregnancy massage and sports therapy.

6. Are your massage products vegan and cruelty-free?

7. Do your massage oils stain towels or linens?

Most of our massage oils are lightweight and non-staining when used properly. We recommend using dark or washable couch covers and towels during treatments to protect your salon linens.

8. Can I buy massage oils in bulk for salon use?

Yes. We offer larger salon-size bottles and multi-pack deals to help professionals stock up and save. Our high-quality oils offer excellent value without compromising performance.

9. Do you offer next day delivery on massage products?

Yes. Orders over £65 + VAT qualify for Free Next Day DPD Delivery across Mainland UK. Simply order before 1pm, Monday to Friday, for same-day dispatch on in-stock items.

10. Can I return massage products if they’re not right for my salon?

Unopened massage products can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging. For returns, email info@salonserve.com. Opened or used items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
