HOW IT WORKS
Tame wild shades into submission with Color Psycho Color Tamer and create unique pastel effects with dazzling results. Do not mix with peroxide. To ensure the color is as expected, test on a small swatch before application. For best results apply to pre-lightened / bleached hair. Directions: Blend Color Tamer with your chosen Color Psycho shade in a mixing bowl to create your unique pastel effect. Vary the mixing ratio to reach the desired color. Completely cruelty-free.
HOW TO APPLY
Wearing gloves, apply evenly to pre-washed, towel dried hair. Allow to develop for approx. 15-30 minutes until the desired shade is achieved. Longer development time will result in increased depth and tone. Rinse until water runs clear.
